In February, James Moir, a trustee of Berkhamsted Castle Trust, gave a detailed talk to Berkhamsted Citizens’ Association about the distant and recent history of Castle Fields, how they have been reprieved from the danger of development, and the Castle Trust’s appeal to raise funds to repay the loan.
